Paralegal/Legal Assistant $50K to $65K

Our client located in Los Angeles is seeking to hire a qualified and college educated Corporate Paralegal.  Healthcare experience highly preferred.  Must be highly professional and polished with 2 plus years of stable paralegal experience.  Prepare contracts, maintain database, interface with departments, prepare and file documents, conduct research, review, organize and approve records, communication with internal and external parties, assist with a variety of projects and perform other responsibilities as required. Person must have a college degree and paralegal certification a definite plus, strong communication (written and verbal) and computer skills, familiarity with the Dictaphone with the ability to provide administrative support.
