Software Design Engineer in TEST (SDET)

Job Descriptions :-
Responsible for executing test plans and/or test cases for specific automated test programs. Responsibilities also include performing repeatable testing procedures and processes, verifying triggers, stored procedures, referential integrity, hardware product or system specifications, interpreting and modifying code as required that may include C/C++, C# batch files, make files, Perl scripts, queries, stored procedures and/or triggers, writing automation test scripts for simulating user interactions such as data entry, menu selections, mouse actions, data I/O, etc. Requires application level configuration skills.
 
Required Skills:-

• 6 months -1 year software testing experience in a Web-based or Windows client/server environment required.
• Experience in development and/or database administration experience using a Microsoft product required.
• Experience with batch files and command-line Windows utilities may be required.
• Must have some knowledge of software quality assurance practices.
• Familiarity with C# may be asked to modify or add to automation scripts.
• Run BVT’s, troubleshoot, report and escalate as necessary as well as being familiar with .NET and SML framework may be required.
• Compiler preprocessor preferred. Knowledge of personal computer hardware may be required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Technical Certifications preferred.
•  Some business/functional knowledge preferred.
